Kick Box : All fitness levels welcome! This class is ideal for
beginner's right through to advanced. An invigorating total body workout
including punches and kicks with a combination of 4 Kic...k Boxing styles.
Challenging and fast paced, this structured workout improves cardiovascular
fitness, balance and coordination, muscle strength, agility, flexibility and
overall physical conditioning.
CARDIO
THAI KICK IT: Use partner and pad-work to learn
traditional Muay Thai moves like jabs, hooks and kicks to increase strength,
improve flexibility and learn self-defense, all incorporating cardio to boost
fat burning & free weights for muscle conditioning. Boxing gloves
required.
BURN
& FIRM: Engage all muscle groups and work up a sweat to tone and
shape using body bars light weights, bands, and balls to get you in tip top
shape! Muscle Mix : Skip the cardio! This is a full body muscular
conditioning class using hand weights, tubing body bars, medicine balls and
resist a ball. The class moves from one controlled weight training exercise to
another from one muscle group to another. End this awesome workout with a well
deserved stretch to complete the class. Spin : Classes are 45 minutes in length and you can burn up to
600 calories. This class is suitable for all levels of cyclists. Beginners,
Intermediate and Advanced riders can all cycle together at their own pace. You
will be taken through hill climbs, sprint race, and time trials. Be ready for
the ride of your life. Ab,
butt & leg BLAST : This 45 min class
targets your butt, legs and torso area. The class starts with a warmup in an
aerobic style followed by quick stretches for the target areas before the main
work begins. All the muscle conditioning exercises of a regular fitness class
without the full cardio component. Body bars and hand weights are used and
exercises are normally performed in quick succession to each other to blast and
tone your lower body. Cardio Salsa : This class is a total body work out for all levels.
Dare to move your soul in this high energy workout. From simple dance moves to
an athletic workout to muscle conditioning utilizing free weights, resistance
bands & body bars.
Boot Camp : A highly challenging, fast paced, structured workout.
This military style class takes boot camp to the next level. A series of drills
blends of kicks, skipping, pushups, lunges & squats. You will sweat &
work like there's no tomorrow. This class is truly 100% calorie burning.
Ride N' Abs : Ride your ways to fabulous abs. This 45 minute cycle
class is followed by 15 minutes of abs work.
Power Flow Yoga : Based on the traditional style of Yoga called Ashtanga
Yoga, this class allows participants to flow from one pose to the next at a
steady pace, creating a cardiovascular effect. A challenging body & mind
adventure, this class will definitely make you sweat!
BODY BLITZ: An
interval training class consisting of high repetitions and low weight strength
training combined with cardio interval bursts. A total body sculpting
workout!
TKO: This high energy, high impact class will
consist of offensive and defensive skills. A blend of kicks and punches. 50%
cardio boxing, 25% heavy bag work out and 25% team work/target. 100% CALORIE
BURNING. It's the perfect combination of martial arts, boxing and cardio
training. So come on out and build strength, balance and mental focus.
ZUMBA®: Learn the spicy dance moves inspired
by Latin cultures in this high energy workout. This class is designed to suit
all fitness levels. The combinations are “HOT” and the “RYTHMS” are strictly
Latin.
CORE-A-LATES: Based on traditional Pilates
exercises, this fusion class also incorporates athletic training moves to
provide a workout that will improve core strength, balance and flexibility.
